Ibis Rennes Nord Saint-Grégoire carries off some unexpected contrasts. Stylish and modern, the hotel has opted for wide open spaces. The rooms were designed with the help of a Feng Shui consultant, with clean, simple lines, and are decorated in violet and taupe. Some adjacent rooms have communicating doors to cater for families. The headboards were individually painted by an artist. Everything is designed with guests’ well-being in mind: a play area for children, with colouring and Vtech games, and a social wall and a light, musical ambiance for older guests. The hotel has its own, Bistro-style restaurant, serving fresh, home-made delicacies.
